Approach
Background
My career sits at the intersection of technical architecture and product strategy. I have spent 15+ years defining, building, and launching enterprise products in cloud infrastructure, security, and observability.
At Oracle, I owned cloud security products that passed government audits and enabled a $20B partnership. At Puget Sound Energy, I lead observability for Enterprise Integration Services (EIS): the integration layer connecting SAP, advanced distribution management systems, AWS backends, customer mobile platforms, and numerous SaaS and internal applications. I also explore AI-driven tooling as a personal initiative to find ways it can improve operations.
I build observability culture across dev teams. Technology, process, and culture all matter. I shift monitoring from isolated metrics to end-to-end functional health. As a consultant, I have launched products across healthcare, e-commerce, and media.
I write technical specs, design architectures, and ship products.
What I Do
Product Strategy
Roadmaps, go-to-market planning, competitive positioning. I translate market needs into coherent product direction.
Technical Architecture
Distributed systems, event-driven design, cloud-native infrastructure. I bridge engineering reality and product vision.
Security & Compliance
IAM, zero-trust, audit programs, government standards. Security as a product discipline, not a checkbox.
Observability & SRE
MTTD/MTTR reduction, monitoring strategy, systems consolidation. I lead observability for Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) by aligning technology, process, and culture across development teams, and shifting monitoring from isolated metrics to end-to-end functional health.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Aligning engineering, security, legal, UX, and executive teams. Coordinating across organizations to deliver complex products under stringent requirements.
